Two parts of the price
A mobile appointment may include the statutory fee for each authorized notarial act and a separately disclosed travel or convenience charge. Ask for an itemized estimate before confirming.
Our travel zones
For appointments within 0–10 miles of Celina, our proposed travel charge is $25; 10–20 miles is $45; and 20–30 miles is $65. Longer trips are quoted individually. Actual distance and availability are confirmed when booking.
After-hours and specialty appointments
An early/evening appointment may add $30, weekend $30, late night $50, overnight $75, and major holiday $50. Hospital, jail, witness, printing or rush requirements may have separately disclosed fees. We do not automatically stack all premiums.
Texas notarial fees
Texas limits what a notary can charge for an official act. A common first-signature acknowledgment fee is $10. The precise notarial charge depends on the act and signatures involved; see the Texas Secretary of State fee schedule.
How to avoid surprises
Tell us the document type, number of signers and signatures, location, date, time, and whether witnesses are needed. We will clarify the estimate before dispatch.
